Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after your order has been delivered.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is the result of our mistake, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Items That Cannot Be Refunded
Refunds are not available for the following:
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
After reviewing your request, we will arrange either a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order enters processing, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
